The wide distribution of facilities patented by Agristrade (over 200 in and outside Italy) has been accompanied by improved quality and guarantee of service. The technical staff at Agristrade is at the service of its customers for mechanical, hydraulic, electric and electronic assistance, whether online or on site. The Information Technology and Automation Department devotes its attention to providing the most modern IT services available. Remote control systems, with which the client may perform all main operating and management controls of its facilities from remote locations and from its own base of operations, are completed by a real time remote assistance service from the Agristrade Control Centre which monitors over 30 recently built facilities. |
