Information ex art. 13 Law 196/2003
The Italian Law D.Lgs. 196/03 regulates the protection of persons and other entities with respect to the processing of personal data and the obligation of confidentiality. According to art. 10 of the law D.Lgs. 196/03, AGRISTRADE S.P.A., situated in BOLZANO, Via J.Kravogl 6, responsible of the data processing, must provide specific information to the persons sending messages in relation to the purposes and methods of the data processing.
